Not All Armani is Created Equal–A Cautionary Tale

Style Tips

Today I’d like to share a cautionary tale that I thought so important I included it in my digital styling course, “Transform Your Life Through Style.”

The story revolves around my client, Laura, and a very expensive mistake she made when attempting to buy an investment suit for her success wardrobe.

If you follow me at all, you’ve likely heard me say “not all Armani is created equal.” The interpretation of that is this; when you are looking for the investment pieces that will make up your success wardrobe you absolutely need to try them on and make sure they look phenomenal on you. There’s no settling for just looking “okay” in this process. As you’ll hear, making assumptions about how a piece will look on you without trying it on, could be an extremely costly mistake. It’s a huge misconception to expect that a piece will look extraordinary on you, simply because it’s designer.

There’s no doubt in my mind that listening to this story will make a big impression and stay with you as a reminder of the care you want to take when acquiring career-changing investment pieces for your success wardrobe. Be sure to check out the story below.
