Winter has definitely set in, and the instinct to burrow in and be cozy is huge — if you are anything like me.
Do we always have that option? Nope. We don’t.
So with that in mind, today’s blog addresses the desire to be snug as we go out and about. This week’s cozy topic focuses on a more relaxed and casual approach to getting out in the chill. You may be at a winter resort, or you may simply be cruising around town — either way, everything you’ll see here works beautifully in both settings.
You’ll find cozy outerwear, boots made for warmth and comfort, deliciously snuggly sweaters, puffers to keep you toasty, and accessories that don’t just finish your look but also add to the warmth and comfort you’re seeking. I chose wide-leg jeans when creating these cozy outdoor looks because their ease and relaxed feel contribute heavily to your overall sense of warmth — and comfort.

Sweaters
When I want to be warm, I always reach for a high-neck sweater. It adds so much to my comfort. High necks include classic turtlenecks, which I recommend wearing standing tall — I love the chic of that look. High necks also include mock necks, which are just as cozy and easy to wear.
I did include one hoodie and one crewneck as well, because layering either over a white crewneck tee is always a look-popper.
Puffers
These puffer jackets and coats are lifetime purchases from my perspective. The down is guaranteed to keep you warm and cozy as you move through your day. You’ll see gorgeous silhouettes in short jackets, longer lengths, and coats that hit above the knee, at the knee, and at mid-calf. Every one of these is incredible.
I broke this section into whites and off-whites, followed by darker shades, to help you easily focus on the colors that speak to you most.

Boots
Ladies… we love our shoes, and that absolutely includes these fabulous boots. Cold feet are awful, and the coziness, comfort, and chic you see here alleviate that discomfort while adding tremendously to your overall sense of well-being. I love every pair you see here — they all have that wow factor that stops people in their tracks.
