Finding the perfect pieces that will help you take on the summer heat isn’t always easy.
And to be both relaxed and chic at the same time when beating that heat is an art. We have you covered on both counts, however, as we have searched high and low for the most adorable finds of summer.
We have found a number of bottoms, including shorts, sweats, and crop pants.
My intention with all the bottoms is this… think white t-shirt. It’s a classic that goes with everything—the exception being that you’ll want to wear a black tee if you’re wearing white shorts, lol! When it comes to the black crop pants, any of the white or black short sleeved, button-up shirts or black or white t-shirts work, creating show-stopping looks.
Note the shorts of varying lengths so there are options for everyone. The longer length with a low, delicate, strappy sandal moves this length into a more sophisticated category. For the cutoffs—or even for your jeans—there are some adorable tops including a short-sleeved Hawaiian print shirt. How fun is that?!
You will also see some incredible, easy, cool cotton dresses. I love the loose fit for those hot days when any of them, paired with flip flops, would be a definite way to go.
In terms of the beach or pool— and I hope you get to go—there are a number of fabulous options in both one- and two-piece swimsuits. One of my favorite ways to wear a bikini is to mix and match tops and bottoms, so we have found some yummy potential combos you could easily do. Anything we show here can be combined. Something like a white bottom and black top or the blue stripe bottom with a white top—there are lots of fun ways to do all this!
When it comes to shoes, there is so much deliciousness—and they have the ability to take you from super casual to a bit dressier, but not too dressy, as honestly, who wants to get seriously dressed up in the summer?
The bags we’ve shopped are trés chic and oh-so-fun! You’ll see straw, straw, and more straw which is not only versatile but chic and timeless!
