Raffia–Understated Summer Chic at its Finest

Raffia, the straw-like fiber made from the leaves of the Raffia palm, is a quintessential component of summer dressing.

And this summer, we’re seeing some serious “wows” in terms of shoes, bags, and even a few hats! I love the versatility of raffia and the “pop” it provides, whether you’re wearing it on your feet or holding it in your hands, or wearing it on your head. Raffia goes fabulously with all forms of shorts, from denim to linen and everything in between. It also goes beautifully with jeans of any variety, and can be stunning with skirts and dresses.
